The Company's products are neutral technical tools for network security testing, research, training, and protection, and may only be used lawfully with explicit written authorization

You must confirm prior to use that you have obtained explicit authorization from the owner or other lawful right holder of the target system, and you are solely responsible for the authenticity and legality of such authorization and for the legality of your use

Any use without authorization or beyond the scope of authorization, and all legal liability and consequences arising therefrom, shall be borne by the user

The Services do not provide any features that encourage, assist, or induce unauthorized access, and you may not use the Services to engage in any unlawful or unauthorized conduct

You shall comply with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, and other applicable laws and regulations when using the Services lawfully and compliantly

You shall assess the risks of using the Services, properly safeguard your account, authorization credentials, test data, and results, and bear responsibility for your own conduct and its consequences

You shall bear responsibility for data damage, service interruption, information leakage, or harm to third parties caused by your unlawful or non-compliant conduct, unauthorized use, improper operation, or improper environment configuration, and shall compensate affected parties in accordance with applicable law

You shall keep confidential and securely safeguard the data, reports, screenshots, and other results generated during testing, and shall not disclose them to unrelated third parties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the Company makes no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or complete security

Due to factors such as technical capability, network environment, and differences in target systems, the detection, analysis, and output results of the Services are for reference only and do not constitute any form of commitment, appraisal conclusion, or professional opinion

You shall independently assess and prudently decide based on the actual circumstances, and the Company shall not be liable for decisions made based on the output of the Services or their consequences

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, service interruption, and goodwill damage)

In no event shall the Company's aggregate liability to you arising from the Services exceed the fees you actually paid for the relevant services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law

The Company shall not be liable for breach of contract for service delays, interruptions, or unavailability caused by force majeure or events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, power or communication failures, government actions, or changes in laws or policies, but shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, software, or resources. Such third-party content is the responsibility of its respective providers, and the Company shall not be liable for its availability, security, legality, or accuracy

You shall back up important data yourself. Except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or agreed by the parties, the Company shall not be liable for data loss caused by service changes, interruptions, termination, or your own operations

You shall properly configure and safeguard your account and related credentials and bear responsibility for consequences arising from poor account management

The intellectual property rights in the software, interface designs, documentation, trademarks, and other content related to the Services belong to the Company or its lawful right holders. Without written permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or use them for commercial purposes

The ownership and usage rights of test results and reports generated through your use of the Services shall be determined by separate agreement between the parties or by applicable laws and regulations

You may not use the Services to engage in any conduct that violates laws or regulations, infringes the lawful rights of others, or disrupts network order

You may not reverse engineer, crack, bypass authorization, or undermine the security mechanisms of the Services in any manner

You may not use the Services to conduct unauthorized penetration, attacks, data theft, malicious code distribution, or other unlawful activities
