One ID Guide

Personal registration requires a username, display name, email, password and the displayed verification steps. Registration, sign-in and password recovery require agreement to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and One ID Guide. Select each document individually or select all at once; opening the documents is optional. Your display name need not be your legal name. Follow the form's instructions.

Enterprise registration also requires the company name, unified social credit code and contact name. Applicants must be authorized to act for the organization. Email verification and manual approval are required before sign-in. Approval concerns website account access and does not guarantee qualifications or creditworthiness.

Email codes contain six digits, remain valid for five minutes and apply only to the requested action. Enter the latest code in full. Codes come from no-reply@xuankunsec.com, which does not receive replies. Never disclose passwords or codes to others.

Use the sign-in entry for your account type. To reset a password, follow the instructions to check your account details and verify the registered email. A reset does not change enterprise approval status.

The user center lets you view your profile, current sign-in details and active browser sessions, and change your username, display or contact name, password and email. Contact us to correct fields that cannot be edited online. Sensitive actions require the displayed security verification.

Management functions are restricted to authorized personnel for accounts, enterprise reviews, and news, research and recruitment content, with additional security verification. Ordinary registration grants no management rights.

Session retention is enabled by default. One hour of inactivity requires sign-in again, while valid activity renews the session. You can end the current, selected or all browser sessions. The device list represents browser sessions and may differ from the number of physical devices. Sign out before leaving a shared device.

To delete an account, complete password and email verification and the confirmation in the user center. Deletion cannot be reversed; related information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Management accounts must first transfer responsibilities and have their permissions removed. You may separately request handling of earlier consultation or application emails.
