Accounts are for adults with the required civil capacity and authorized enterprise representatives. Submit accurate, current, necessary information and confirm the terms. Enterprise accounts require email verification and manual approval, which are not real-name certification or a guarantee of qualifications.

The website provides information and account services. Registration does not activate separate products or create payment obligations. Separate services follow their valid agreements.

Protect your account, password, email and verification codes. Do not unlawfully trade accounts or impersonate others. Report unusual activity promptly and take necessary precautions. Responsibility for unauthorized use depends on the facts and applicable law.

Do not steal accounts, access resources without authorization, disrupt services, unlawfully obtain or disclose data, or infringe others' rights. Use website content in accordance with law and applicable licenses. A website account grants no permission to test third-party systems.

We may apply necessary, proportionate verification, restrictions or suspension to address unlawful use, security risks or legal duties, explaining reasons and offering review where legally permitted. Major maintenance, changes or termination will be reasonably notified, with necessary explanations after emergency action. You retain the right to object and exercise personal-information rights.

The user center provides profile management, sign-out and account deletion, as described in the One ID Guide. Contact us for verified assistance when self-service is unavailable or read-only information needs correction.

A deleted account cannot be restored. Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Deletion does not automatically delete earlier emails, terminate separate agreements or extinguish existing legal responsibilities.

Liability follows law, valid agreements, fault and causation. These terms do not exclude liability for personal injury, intentional or grossly negligent property damage, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Force majeure follows law and its actual effects.

Mainland Chinese law applies. You may discuss disputes by email, lodge a lawful complaint or sue in a competent people's court. Negotiation is not required before statutory remedies.

Revisions are dated here. Material changes will be notified, with renewed confirmation or consent where required. Browsing does not replace required consent or release past liability.
